By Default, we have Disabled backup manager in all our servers but it can be enabled by Reseller in their Feature Manager
Step on how to enable it :
1. Login to your WHM > Feature Manager
2. Create a New Feature like (Ex: Backup)
3. Search for Backup Manager and Tick the checkbox and Save it
Now go to WHM > Edit Package and Assign the Created Feature list to your Packages
